01 General Terms & Conditions

By using the bce67 website and mobile app (bce67.pro), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bce67 and the user. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Bce67 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We are committed to transparency, fairness, and responsible gaming. These Terms and Conditions are published in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to register an account on bce67. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. bce67 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false information is provided or identity is concealed.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use bce67. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each member is permitted one account only. Two accounts cannot be opened from the same device, IP address, or household.
• Providing your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Withdrawal services may be suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and to prevent unauthorized access by others.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bce67 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bce67 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all transactions.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 300. Maximum deposit: BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Deposits and withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.
• Withdrawals above BDT 10,000 may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Processing may be slightly delayed on bank holidays.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, bce67 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the investigation is complete.

Bce67 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — that is strictly between you and your payment provider, and bce67 bears no responsibility for such fees.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bce67 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. General rules are listed below:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements for reload bonuses and cashback bonuses will be listed separately on the promotions page.
• Withdrawals from bonus balance are only permitted after all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus; otherwise, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bce67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

Bce67 has specific rules governing Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots. All members are required to follow these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For live bets placed after a match, event, or game has started, the odds displayed at the time of placement are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, bce67 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any evidence of involvement in or assistance with match fixing or manipulation will result in permanent account closure.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for slots and casino games is stated in the rules of each individual game.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by an independent third party.

06 Privacy & Data Protection

Bce67 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All data is secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.

07 Responsible Gaming

Bce67 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage every member to play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Setting a loss limit helps protect you from excessive losses.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Cooldown Period: You can take a 24 or 72-hour break from gaming.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bce67 may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation has been found.
• Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or any other dishonest means.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or abusive manner toward bce67 staff.
• Accounts operated from regions where online gaming is prohibited under local law will be subject to restriction.

Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure; however, bonuses and any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Members may also request to close their own account at any time, in which case the remaining balance will be refunded.

09 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a transaction, bet result, or account matter must be reported to the bce67 support team within 72 hours of the incident. We will investigate and communicate our decision within a maximum of 7 business days.

• To submit a complaint, use live chat or the support email.
• Please include any relevant screenshots or supporting information with your complaint.
• Bce67's decisions are final, though members retain the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
• Balances related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily placed on hold.

10 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

Bce67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via a notice published on the website. For significant changes, notification may also be sent by SMS to the registered phone number or via an in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and the regulations of the relevant licensing authority.
• Any provision that conflicts with applicable law in Bangladesh will automatically be considered void and unenforceable.
